normal processinh time in manila; common law

hi guys how many month is the processing time in manila for common law sponsorship? it says in CIC is 17 months and I read some post here that they received their PR for only 6 months.

not common law- married and have a kid.
it took full 19months.
When I talked to my MP to request update for my file, she told me 17 month on CIC does not include the time till you are approved as sponsor.
17 month means official processing time in Manila..

So mine took full 17month in Manila, and 2 month until got approved as sponsor.

but I read some members got COPR in a year or processed way faster than mine.
