Just wait for exactly 4 months and then contact CIC. There is no point to contact RCMP as they will send you the same email saying it will take 120 days.

Hello, Has anyone waiting for CSIS clearance over 3 months or know how long could it take? I got my FP completed on Oct 8 after passing my test and still case is in process. Emailed RCMP couple of weeks ago and they still haven't forward my file to CIC and said it can take up 120 days which should be completed by next month.

I also passed my test on October 28th and still waiting for oath invite. Anybody tried to call CIC?. Hopefully they update the status on January 19th (Tuesday).

No Oath Ceremony Dates have been declared in Calgary beyond February 01, and thats the reason for delay.

I have been waiting for a long time for oath invitation. after more than 2 and half months of waiting I have lost my interest. these days I don't even check ecas. Hopefully I will become a Canadian citizen by the end of this year. :-X ;D

I hear ya! Notice that they've scheduled up to Feb 1 but none of us here got any news.. Wonder where does those ppl coming from..

Yes. I wonder the same. Maybe they are in the process of sending mails to off of the October-November test takes . Good luck to all Calgary applicants.

It looks like most of the Calgary cic staff is still on vacations....I have not seen any new Oath scheduled in the last 2 weeks.....Feb 1 schedule was available online almost 2 weeks ago....I passed my test on Oct 27 and still waiting....let's hope for the best... ;D ;D

on my test date they said we would have our oath in 1-3 months. so basically they lied.

My ECAS just got updated an hour ago.......hurray ;D ;D ;D ;D

We sent you a notice on January 18, 2016 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on February 9, 2016 at 8:00 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment.

I took the test on Oct 27th..... 8) 8)
