Normal Processing Times from Calgary office?

Congrats to those of you who took the oath of citizenship with me today in Calgary!! Hard to believe this is finally over!!
To those still waiting, Godspeed!! Your time is coming for sure.
My timeline: July 24, 2014 - September 9, 2015. Not bad for Calgary!! The good news is that the process is getting shorter with time!!

Still no oath . I wonder if I should call CIC and ask them for status because next week it will be 3 months since my test is done.

I received my oath letter yesterday for Sep 21st

I spoke to call center 2 days ago as it's been more than 3 months since I wrote the test and they declined to provide any information. They said we need to wait for 9 months after the test date before they can provide any updates.

Decision Made: 24-Jul-2015

Question:

I'll be taking my oath next week. My letter says to be there at 10 am. The time on the website says the ceremony is at 10:30.

I have several friends/family who will be there.

Should I tell my friends/family to be there at 10 or 10:30?

I had my Oath Ceremony yesterday!
Took some time for us to registered so we started at 8:45am versus the time of invite which was 8:00am but most guests came at 8:00am.

Today I was able to obtain my passport!

I just got my oath letter scheduled for Oct 2 at 10:00 am. I applied on Sept 8 2014. No ECAS status update for me yet.

Another friend of mine who applied on Nov 3 2014 also got oath invitation for same day. We have both received the letter just today.

I got my oath ceremony letter for September 28th, my timeline is in my signature. No updates on ecase yet, but looks like calgary has really speed up things. Good luck to everyone

I got my oath invite too . It's on September 25th at 10 AM.

In the oath invite it is also mentioned that I need to bring all the original documents again. I showed them once during test time. Just wondering if they will check them again. Will take them with me any ways.

Also how long does the oath ceremony take? I want to go back to work after the oath.

You were able to obtain passport a day after your oath in Calgary? Please how did you go about doing that. Please explain? My oath in on Oct 2, 2015 in Calgary and I have a ticket booked to travel (fly) to the US on Oct 7. Can I obtain my Canadian Passport in this timeframe?
