I opt for 2 years course and I paid one year tuition fee, I don't have funds to pay GIC. I have education loan of 11 lakhs that will be disburse once my visa comes. Can I file visa under non-sds category? Do I need pay GIC for sure or to show any proof of funds apart from my loan, I have affidavits of my brother to submit as a support and what are the chances of my visa for may 2020 intake.
