I’m really happy for you, you were extremely worried about no progress happening and this just confirms the facts that whatever goes on in these applications of IRCC, it DOES NOT MATTER as its not accurate.

Submitted application: 5th May, 2023
Biometrics done: 10th May, 2023
Medical request: 24th May, 2023
Medical passed: 13th June, 2023.
I haven't had any update since then. How long does it usually take to get ppr? I'm from Ghana

its hard to tell how long it takes as it can vary. I passed my medical on May19th and waiting ever since, no update.

I’m from Ghana too and I applied in March still waiting…. You never know but dw soon
