My application took approximately 5 months from the date of biometric.

BVL: Jan 10, 2023
Eligibility: completed
Background check: in process

I cant see visa number in tracker. And I didnt get my final decision yet. does aht mean my application has got refused?

Actually, I CANT see the visa number in tracker. The last time my tracker was updated is when I got the BVL.
That's why Im worry.
And up to now, no more updates.

Do you know if your background has started? I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do honestly... This is my friend's application and I'm a Canadian citizen myself. But I have no idea how to help him. MP's are useless basically, and I've got nothing else!
