hello, I graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution and have a bachelor degree and working as one of NOC A groups. I am planning to apply mpnp, then PR. my province does not require english test for NOC A for pnp application, but from my understanding, NOC A belongs to express entry and i may need to apply pr under express entry after I get nominated. my concern is what if I cannot get CLB above 7. is there anyway that I can apply PR without CLB above 7? can I still apply pr under non-express entry if i am NOC A?
also you are eligible for EE only if you have worked at least one year in Canada, right? what if i get nominated before I have one year of work experience in canada, do i get nominated under non-express entry?
