I am a IT professional working at Techno park, Kerala ,India since 2012 . Now I am planning to move to any one of the Canada provinces. Please any one guide me to where to start to apply PR process.

1: Canada PNP non express entry need any job offer letter ? or in the express entry how do i apply [ enoguh CLB 6 ?]
