Hi Folks,
I have a sibling in Canada with whom I don't have good relationship. I am pretty sure I will not get any support if I claim PR sibling points in Express Entry profile with will ultimately get my application returned due to incomplete supporting documents.
My score is 460 without PR sibling points. I do hope to get an ITA at some point in time without PR sibling point.
My question is what do I mention in Express entry profile? If I select No it will be misrepresentation since my sibling is living in Canada right now. If I select Yes, I can not submit any documents post ITA and my application is doomed to get refused.
I'm in dilemma so guys urgently need your support and suggestions. Im sure I'm would not the only one who faced this issue.
No matter what you must list your sibling. You don’t have to claim the points if you don’t want.
The question would be, will the system allow you to list a sibling but bypass providing any documents to support that claim?
You can always put in your cover letter that you're not claiming points for your sibling, but i'm thinking more as a procedural requirement when you submit your application, will the system allow you not to provide any documents?
But you would definitely have to disclose him/her in the application.
