Many people applied spouse non accompanying while spouse already in Canada and mentioned CRS as the reason . I think he can also mention CRS and try visitor visa for spouse so she cant visit for short duration while his PR application is in progress. If he is honest and upfront I dont think there is any reason for misrepresentation. However h might get his visitor visa rejected in worst case scenario and be asked to apply spousal sponsorship . Your thoughts Mr Preet
I agree that we need to mention the reason but Well CRS is the reason , and it is always better to be truthful. Especially those who apply non accompanying when spouse is already with them in Canada should mention the real reason instead of making up something! . Thanks for your thoughts

Actually it does not work like this , many people with spouses in Canada apply as spouse non accompanying due to points and sponsor PR immediately after PR. Its better to be truthful and never lie . good Luck

You are correct . There is no issues with this approach however if anyone mentions fake reason like work/study etc when actually points is the reason for non accompanying spouse then it becomes an issue
Hi, we have recieved copr for 3 of us (me, my wife and daughter). And we are planning to land without my infant daughter(10 months old) as the travel would be difficult for her which means her copr would expire. Can we ask for extension if yes how long would it take to get the extension. I hope it's gonna be the same application not necessarily new sponsorship visa. Can someone please answer to my questions
