Hi CEC folks,

I am CEC inland with 1.5 years experience. My spouse is in India and never been to canada. Can i file my PR application with my spouse as non accompanying ? Is it legal? Has anyone been into this situation and got PR approved

Yes, you can do that. Yes, it's perfectly legal and lots of people have done it.
 
Hi,

I am in Canada TRP without my spouse and received CSQ for myself only. Now I want to apply for a Federal PR application with a non-accompanying spouse:

do I still need to submit PCC, Medical, and Birth Certificates for my Wife?

Hey what are the questions asked at POE regarding non accompanying spouse? Do they ask the reason again why they are not accompanying
