Hi To Everyone,
My brother wants to apply for immigration to Canada, he wants to go alone and then will sponsor his family in a later years.

1, Are the non accompanying family members suppose to also pay the application fees now, or they will only pay at the later years when he wants to sponsor them.

2, Are they also suppose to send their passport copies now or have to only send them when he wants to sponsor them in later years?

The problem about the passport is that he does not want to do them now , because they are kids and the time he will want to sponsor them they might have grown up. So he wants to only make them at the later time when he is ready to sponsor them. he wants only to use their birth certificates to declare them as his family members.

Waiting patiently for advice from members.

Thanks

Canadaforall.

Thanks

They will all need to have their medicals. They will not need passports as long as the doctor doing the medical can verify their identity in some other way. They will not need to pay processing fees until he sponsors them at a later date but when he is providing his immigration funds, he will have to provide enough funds for his whole family, including the non-accompanying family members.

Hi Leon,
Thanks very much for your response. i will pass the message to him.

that is fine.
