Hi all! My PR application is through AINP and I have a non-accompanying dependent who is not able to get a PCC from UAE (he was there a long time ago, almost 10 yrs for exactly 6 mos.) - the Ministry there said that the only way to get it is to go there in UAE in person since my non-accompanying dependent does not have an Emirates ID. So since he cannot go there in UAE in person we just then submitted an explanation letter. Anybody here has been approved regardless of lack of police clearance from UAE?

PR application is inland through GC key acct.
