I have created my express entry profile on 10th april 2018 with CRS score 416 but not yet received NOI.
have read in this forum that people with CRS score 400+ receive NOI in few days time.
Did i miss anything in my profile which stopping me to get NOI from ontario? or should i wait for longer time?
is there any specific time frame for NOI for NOC 2173 or it's purely individual profile 'on demand skills' search?

My situation is similar to your...profile created on 01.05.2018, CRS: 430, did not receive NOI from Ontario. Checked the PNP tracker, last NOI under Human priorities stream was issued in April 2018.
Can anyone suggest if resubmitting EE can attract NOI from Ontario??
