OINP - NOI with NOC 2173

Has anybody received OINP - NOI during Feb 2017 invitations with NOC 2173??

I have tried old profile, new profile, re-created profile but nothing seems to work for me.. I have applied under NOC 2173 therefore; I want to know if anyone got lucky with the same NOC..

Thanks, my CRS is 431. I have recreated my profile on Feb 25th got NOI on Feb 27th.

I strongly suggest you create a new profile and see what turns up for you!
