My CRS score is 390 and my profile is in express entry pool.
NOC code is 2171.
Today I have received an NOI ( Notification of Interest ) from Ontario. What are the chances of getting an ITA once I submit my documents under Ontario PNP ?
Also, can someone guide me through the whole process and what all documents are required ?

You would probably want to take it .. CRS via normal doesn't come to 390 level.. lowest ever has been 413... so take it !!
Regarding actual ITA it all depends on your documents and their verification.

I am not aware of anyone receiving before but akhildeviprasad has mentioned that he received it today so they might have started sending out. I am waiting as well I will have 400 points on 10th April, right now 388.
Please confirm following:
1. Do you have a valid job offer in Ontario (or currently working there)
or
2. Is your first language French and you have English as a second language?
or
3. Do you qualify under skilled trades (yes it looks like a silly question, but people can have several different NOC).
It seems that your NOI in not for the HCP stream. As they do not have exception of the score for some NOC anymore (why would there if there are plenty people between CRS 400 and 440 that meet all the criteria including specific NOC).

As Vensak mentioned pls confirm your profile details ..Since my current NOC is 2171 and my crs is 424 and have ielts --Clb 9 and recreated profile on Jan 25 2018...If you had got the NOI...I think even I should have ...Unless you have French lang skills...

@akhildeviprasad Can you share your profile factors, please? (English CLB, if you have French proficiency, age, if you have a job offer, etc...)
I saw some people saying that received a NOI from Ontario this week that have job offer from there, and they are IT ou Engineer candidates. Maybe these could be the main factors for selection this time?
I have a doubt in PCC. Anyone in this group from India got PCC. How do get that @india. My family stayed in Toronto for 18 months (Nov-2013 to Mar-2015). Do we have to get PCC for our stay @toronto. Do we have to PCC for all the members of the family or only for the adults (Father and Mother)?
