I received an NOI from Ontario in my EE profile under the healthcare draw which invited 1696 candidates having CRS between 350 to 464. I haven't updated my work experience in the EE profile as I left the job in April 2023. But in my EE profile, it is still working so my CRS is 404 and it was the same when I received my NOI, but if I change my experience in my EE profile from Aug 2023 to April 2023 which is less than 3 years of experience in total, my CRS falls to 392 from 404, so there is a decrease in 12 points. So would I still be considered to accept NOI from Ontario? Or they will reject my application.

Of course, that is the most crucial part, you need to provide all the documents related to the work experience.
For example: if you did a job in a single company, then, provide a work experience letter (exact format mentioned in OINP profile), and an appointment letter, Salary slips of 1st and last month of the job.
