NOI and ITA through federal EE draw together

Hi, I have received a NoI from Ontario and am preparing my application for the same. Now once I submit and pay the fee for OINP, my application will be under process. Meanwhile, if I get an ITA through the next federal express entry draw then how am I to proceed? With the PNP or the federal ITA? Can someone please tell me what to do in such a scenario. Thanks!
