Hi,

I have received NOI from OINP with a score of 404 and the range of that draw was 350 to 462.

Can i remove my sibling points from Express Entry, after removing my score will be 389, which will be higher than cut off of that draw range from 350 to 462.

After removing, i am still eligible in EE because i will meet 67/100 points.

Can OINP & IRCC consider my application after post NOI changes in EE profile??
