Hmmmmm....so 4 draws already in January??? 9, 16, 22 & 29? I don’t know why I’m having some doubts about some people claiming they got NOI. AINP typically does a draw a day or 2 after they update their website. I certainly believe there was a draw on Jan 22, but the rest....hmmmm

Employment Certificates I think I was not ask to provide yet and haven’t received the AINP package but already accept to apply for nomination.

Don't spread lie dude, there are many people here who got invitation to have no ties with Alberta.

There might be a possibility but I am following AINP for last two years and find people who have less than 400 CRS got nomination mostly due their connection with Alberta

Well having a connection in Alberta is a different thing, but I've seen people getting nomination without any connection or tie with Alberta and they're outland applicant.

Have you checked If your NOC is in demand or gets picked constantly? You can advice your NOC and someone having similar NOC can tell you more.

Felt the same...In demand NOC too they are giving out rarely

I got NOI and they asked me to take a reference letter form all previous employers from the last 10 years containing details (jobs and responsibilities, skills, and education required for this job, the salary was withdrawn). But the previous employer not ready to give all the required information. Have You submitted that information?

No my friend only reference letter stating number of hours worked per week and annual salary, designation
