Alberta introduced 2 new streams in 2018,and stopped other previous streams. Three weeks for Alberta ?

Yes you should get a file number, I got a file number 5 days after they received my application.

They said I did not include my NOI letter, so they asked me mail it by the tge 14 of feb.
