usually how much time does they take to send NOI, as applied on 18 September with crs 307 and NOC B 6311

Alberta randomly selects candidates from the pool. even if Alberta releases a draw of 300, still it's not definite that you will receive the NOI.

certainly, yes. AINP said to include the following info in ref. letter -
• education required
• skills and knowledge necessary for duties
• work experience required
I'm confused about the above. What, where and how should I put them in the letter? Everything else I have them in control

I always advice to check all because you never know who’s going to contact you!

Hi, CRS is 402, NOC 1311, Masters degree. What are my chances of getting NOI?

If you are sending the documents in the mail to the province, you have to send the original printed copies from WES.
You can just go online at the WES website and order another original copy for yourself.
