Yes, wait and luck. We had lost hope of express entry and mail came from agent but too much delay from their side has delayed the case. My case went under process on 3 May and had got NOI on 12 March.

Ok, so Alberta did not send noi to noc 1221 after that? And where can I check to which Noc they sent the noi as n when the draw comes

Hi Guys, I received NOI from Alberta on 2nd April 2019, I accepted and sent all the required documents to Alberta. They received it on 23 April 2019, but I have not yet got any file number from them as of today May 19th. My NOC is 2132. Could you please tell why this delay happens?
