I think you need to add one more field in the form to enter the province (if someone is in Canada). It shows if only the people from Alberta are receiving the NOI or they are considering entire Canada!

But I submitted by EEP form on 15 Jan 2021 does that mean I am not eligible for AINP?

You are eligible when you meet their requiremets and the draw specifies those who applied before January 15 2021. Right now the focus of the pool is those who applied in September 2020.
