Hi All ,

I got my file no on 18 April but still no luck.
I am outlander with job offer. I am stuck now and looking for suggestions.
mu LMIA will expire by 04 sep 2020 till now i have no update on nomination.
what should i do??
1- should i apply for work permit ( but embassies are closed)
2- Should i travel to canada before the expiry of the LMIA and apply work permit inside canada?

depends on your NOC code and crs, what is your noc and crs

Administrative officer and Administrative assistant were big deals in 2019 and this year before the pandemic.

I suspect they'll both come back again when the pandemic is under control and/or when AINP relaxes it's current restrictions.

Hope you are right since both these NOC's fall under shortage category in the Alberta labour market

Hi i got NOI on 29 April and I’m good to submit my application next week. I’m working in Alberta and i have everything job offer and Lmia. They will put my application on hold or they will process for further nomination?

There has been a draw August 7th with CRS 352+ but it was just for 35 NOI. In all likeliyhood, they are targeting very specific NOCs.
As always with AINP don't get CRS score fool you, they are taking into consideration many factors and they don't make public the criteria.
