Sorry i just saw your correction about you receiving ITA in march. How did you get you ITA manthan? Through the FSW or Alberta NOI....can you share your timeline and story please

Most people who are getting NOI with CRS less than 400 have either ties in Alerta or they are already in Alberta. You can try to increase your CRS above 400.

You should checkout https://alis.alberta.ca/occinfo to see if food service supervisor is an occupation and demand and what are the employment outlook. You're chances of getting NOI is good if it is in high to medium demand with a good outlook.
As to when you can expect NOI, I can't say for certain but my guesses are probably within the third and forth quarter of the year - if you have no connection to the province - and if the still meet the requirements.
But with the current pandemic, nothing is certain.

Hi, your profession is in Moderately High Demand but your CRS is good but you have no connections in Alberta that can be a drawback but the good thing is your profession in good demand so looks like you will get NOI. If any other query DM me.

I'm guessing your NOC is 2282. Unfortunately I see there's no data available for your NOC outlook on the website.

IELTS: L9 R7 W7 S7
ECA: Single Bachelor's Degree (WES)
EXP: 4 years 10 months (Software Development)
NOC: 2174
CRS: 432
Current Status - Profile Online (31 Jan 2020)

Your CRS is good and NOC also in demand as well. It is just a matter of days when AINP draws open surely you will receive NOI. You don't have any family connections in Alberta?

Ontario Express Entry also taking applications as well as Saskatchewan. But for Ontario EE cut off these days is between 450-465.
