I have 5 years work exp in NOC 2174 --> Computer Programmers and Interactive media developers.
My current official designation at the company is "Senior Application Developer", and before it was simply "Application Developer".
My question is --> should the experience letter mention the NOC name i.e. "Computer Programmer" in the letter? For eg. in a statement like-- "He worked as a computer programmer in our company for x years"
OR
Is it sufficient to only mention the official designations and my job responsibilities ?
Should the job description be exact replica of the ones on official NOC site ?
Can I take some liberty in adding a couple of additional job responsibilities on top of the job duties of the NOC ?
Given that I have performed all of the NOC job duties in the last 5 years -- in how many points should I elaborate them? and can the order be different from that given on the official site?

I would encourage you to not copy the duties word for word. Change the wording so it is the same meaning, but somewhat different. Adding additional duties is also a good idea. So is changing the order.
Is it absolutely mandatory to include remuneration in the experience letters? I can get it done for my present company but for the previous ones, it will be a bit difficult to approach them and get a new letter with remuneration mentioned there in.

You have to be abke to proof that it was paid employment. Most people choose to just include it in their employment letter. If that is not an option, you will have to supply paystubs instead.
