I am planning to submitt my application under 2174 NOC. I am a Java Developer Bcakend only .My question is : Do we need to have all the roles/responsibilities mention in 2174 NOC ?
As its heading says : Computer Programmers and Interactive Media Developers.
I have no experience in interactive media like Angular,React Js
my reference letter doesnot mention anything like interactive media or UI. Apart from that coding only matches in NOC 2174 .
and in NOC 2173 coding matches.
I dont know what to opt for.
As 2174 has high job requirement shall I go for 2174 or as i am not having any exp in UI shall I go for 2173.
Please help here

Again, forget about the titles
You should ideally have a 60-70% match with the job duties (bullet points) of any NOC code. Just the word 'coding' isn't sufficient

One of my previous IT Company has just mentioned Senior Software Engineer with my start and end date.
with no duties and responsibilities.Shall I get refence letter with duties mentioned?
I have worked in 4 companies.Do all my Company should have roles and responsibilities under taken mentioned? and Do reference letter also mention numbers of hours per week.In my reference letter full time is mentioned, will it be sufficient or need to get hours per week from employer.

Make sure reference letters for every employment you mention include ALL the details that IRCC requires since this is probably the #1 reason for rejection
'Full time' is enough, but make sure job duties and salary is clearly defined. They don't care about the titles apparently

what if my employer refuses to give reference letter with all the requirements.
Shall I approach them while filling EE profile or after getting ITA.

Basically, you have to find a way... But there are alternatives too
There's plenty of threads on this forum about it... Feel free to search around a bit
There's useful youtube videos on this subject as well
I'll let others chime in since I personally didn't hit this obstacle..
I got my reference letter after ITA and had to work backwards with my employer on updating the job duties mentioned
Can you please help me verify if these duties are good to go for 2174? MY ROLE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
