I have a query please help.
I am married and live in India, but have been living separately from my spouse for the past months. I want to apply for PR to Canada. At this moment my spouse is not ready for a divorce and will not be supporting me in this process.
Is it necessary to get an NOC from spouse to apply for PR? or is there any other solution for this
