I am applying for PR through CEC under Noc code B - 1241 Administrative Assistant. The duties of this code matches pefectly to my job description. However, in the employment requirements it states that I should have experience in this area. Does my Canadian Experience for the past year count as experience?
Will this affect my whole application if I do not meet this?

If you applying through CEC under Noc code B - 1241 Administrative Assistant, then you must have at least 1 full year work experience and yes your 1 year Canadian experience counts as experience.

I'm not sure that's the question... I think he/she means as for the NOC 1241 job description, it states this job always requires previous work experience. Personally, I don't think a new graduate become a secretary/ admin assistant would be an issue though.. as long as your company's okay with that..
