Should I meet the employment requirements when I choose the NOC code for CEC?

The main duties and responsibilities on the NOC code are exactly same as I'm working in the company.

I'm afraid if I can't apply with this NOC code because of the employment requirements as these are shown below.

This is the problem:

"Completion of a three- to four-year apprenticeship program or A combination of over five years of work experience"

I only have been working in the field for 1 year.

Is it going to be a reason to reject?

Can anyone help please?

well, it says "it's usually required" so its not mandatory. it doesnt have to mean that you'll be rejected because of that. at least that is how i interpret it..

No, the VO does not usually consider those requirements. Based on what I can find, being certified is mandatory only in Quebec, voluntary in other provinces, so you should be OK.
