Graduate apprentice trainee

Was in the planning department of a manufacturing company.They required mechanical engineers for this position. It was a MHRD National apprenticeship program(india) for engineering graduates. This apprenticeship is not a part of engineering degree or any educational degree.

Can you please tell if inbound supply coordinator is a Noc B ( Teer 3) job and can we add job responsibilities from HR to match the responsibilities mentioned on CIC website.
