ECAS says: Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete.
No change since last two weeks and no communication from london chc.
What do you think about this status?

i think it means your visa office has completed your eligibility review and would either put you into processing or reject. It is neither bad nor good.
Well, maybe it is good in the sense that at least your application is moving.

I have not seen single person who got in process status after this status.
Whenever if application eligible for processsing it's jump from Received by Visa Office to In Process.
I have seen number of rejection after Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete status but not seen single processing.

Well, maybe it is good in the sense that at least your application is moving.
well, that could be because they didn't want any more documentation from those people that you know of who went straight into 'in process'.
The way I see it, it should go straight into withdrawn for those people who are rejected.
I am saying all this without any experience. I don't really know whe4n they put up their status. If I were you, I wouldn't start worrying about it just yet. But you should have an idea of what you would do if you were declined.

I am still hoping for best. I think, I will have to wait for London CHC instruction or any communication for final outcome.

Nothing to worry, U will receive request for Medicals, RPRF and PP. I can assure u.
I discussed ur case with one of the senior member( who recently got his PR successfully), he said it is a normal thing , he also got the same status as received by u. He got the same status just 2 weeks before medical request.
