Hey,
I am currently a PhD student in India but on a fully-funded Masters-and-PhD government scholarship from my original country.
My responsibilities as listed in my offer letter include :
"Students, during their tenure in the programme shall serve at least one Semester as a Research Fellow assisting one faculty member in his/her research (who may or may not be the supervisor), and one Semester as a Teaching Fellow, assisting a faculty member in his/her teaching responsibilities. A Teaching Fellow shall not be given exclusive responsibility to teach a graduate course. "
And I did actually serve as a research fellow assisting one faculty member in the instruction, preparation, and examination for one semester.
Now, since I am not paid by the university can I claim experience points as NOC 4012? (In other words, I perform the 4012 duties but I get paid from the scholarship for these duties)
