Gee... I sent my application of NOC 4011 on Dec 10. I am sure that NOC 4011 is well capped before December, given that they are still doing completeness check for the applications at the beginning of October?

completeness check is over for october applicants,
i feel that the 813 application total shwn in cic includes all october and november applications
by gods grace if that is the case , then december applicants will have a chance to be in the cap.

We cant predict the second column until which the completeness check is over..in my understanding, no way it should have reached until Nov applicants.

CIC is not that fast.

However, i wish ur guess should be true and pray for ur application!

yes, no one can be sure of the update.

Current update on CC/DD charging & PER
Latest CC Charged: 10 October (NOC 4011 as per SS also got PER)
Latest DD encashed: 16 October (NOC 4011 as per SS also got PER)
Latest PER: 16 October (NOC 4011 as per SS)

Its unbelievable that DD encash has surpassed CC charge. May be some CC charges are yet to update entry in SS.

I received my PER for NOC 4011. Application date Oct 16, DD cashed Dec 12 as per PER email. I did not include additional page for Schedule 3, just used the small space provided.

I have seen lots of guy from NOC 4011 applied in October getting PER. I have applied on 29th September and my bank informed me that my DD has been cashed on 15 December. I know CIC is acting weirdly. But, as people from my NOC who applied after me is getting PER; Should I be worried?

No worries...u will get PER soon...happy that I can see charging happening on 15 Dec eventhough u r Sep applicant...

Delay is due to further confirmation from senior visa officier may be...

As far as it's encashed we are green now...there are only less chances for NER..

They only cash you if your application is considered complete.
