Hi! I called CIC already and he told me that my file returned tru courier Feb. 10 due to cap reached.I have not receive yet my documents maybe after a month,I am very much upset but need to move on,my application date received at CIO is Oct.1,2014...

u need to follow the instructions and when they ask uci hold for 3 times then they will transfer to call centre agent
will ask for verification ur name DOB etc

hi thanks for the reply... but can i ask what do you mean with "hold for 3 times"?
They will ask for English press 1 n then for immigration services press 1 so when you reach to uci no the machine asks u to enter uci no wait until announced 3 times then ur call will be transferred to call centre agent even after that u might have to wait 5-7 minutes then only someone will enter tain u
