Thank u for your information but there is a question. They told you that they are returning the application because the cap has been reached but they didnt tell you that when the cap has been reached. I mean we dont know the exact date on which the cap has been filled.What do u think ?

No we dont know when. I asked her that too so i could relay the info to everyone but she said she dont have that information except what was written on the system upon verification of my identity... so that just goes for me. Hopefully u all would still make it.

As per my knowledge a sept.24 applicant got uci by calling cic wheras a sept 25 applicant was told that his file is sent back.So this is the borderline sept.24 i think.
