NOC 2175 - Working as freelancer needs help

Hello Friends,

I am a freelancer since last 3 years. In my bank statement it reflects payment received for web designing for every payment i receive from marketplace like upwork.

I can also generate last 3 years statement of earning from the freelance marketplaces.

(1) I am eligible to apply under FSW as a freelancer ?

(2) IS the bank statement enough to prove work experience since it has mentioned i receive money for the purpose of web designing ?

(3) Is statement of earning and bank statements that clearly mentions (Upwork-web designing) ?

1. Yes. If you have 67 points based on ECA, IELTS.

To Prove -

(1) Business ownership - I have tex certificate and Import - export code certificate and other business documents.

(2) evidence of self-employment income - I have statement of earning that indicates earning per annum.

(3) documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details - my statement of earning also says, "services sold to third party buyers.

Now please tell me are above documents enough to prove workk experience ?

If your documentation with third-party clients states job responsibilities to match the NOC then yes. IRCC needs written proof you fulfil the job responsibilities.
