Dear All,

I worked for 4 companies, out of which my previous 3 companies provided the job descriptions on the company letter head.
Combining all the 3 previous companies I had less than 4 years of experience and my points are less than 67.

Considering this, I am forced to include my current company experience of 3+ years. However, my current organization insisted
in providing me the job descriptions on the letter head. So, I've provided an affidavit notarized letter duly signed and included
the reason for not able to provide the current company job description.

In support of my current experience, I've included the below list of documents for reference.

1. Offer letter.
2. Recent hike letter
3. Latest pay slips

My question here is:

a. Does my application passes throught the initial check-list process/
b. What are the chances of getting my application rejected for including the affidavit for job description?

Please someone seniors,well-wishers solve my query.

Thanks,
Gunta

Where your reference letters addressed to the immigration officer? I am wondering if this is compulsory or can the companies address them as 'to whom it may concern,?

Awaiting kind assistance.

hi
1. the letter can be addressed to whom so ever it may concern.
2. the documents should be okay.

Am i eligible to apply under FSW NOC 2173 ? :-\

I have over 9 years of IT experience developing software applications. In my current employment, i play the role of a Software Architect and my main duties include, Technical Design, Requirement Analysis, Development, Integration, Deployment and Maintenance of Software Applications. I also lead a team of
software developers for projects.

The main duties listed in NOC 2173 match exactly with my overall work experience, however it also mentions about the need for
"bachelor's degree, usually in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering or mathematics or Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required."

However my Bachelor's of Engineering (4 year) degree field of study is "Electrical and Electronics Engineering".. This is now throwing me off... is this mandatory or just illustrative?
