You can use 2171 to claim points. BUT if you are applying for FSW category 1, you cannot apply with 2171 alone. You MUST at least one year of experience in the last 10 years for a job in the list of 38. If not, then you do not qualify for FSW category 1.
This is my understanding and opinion too. (Abishek12's case is a typical example).
In that case, look at category 2 or 3 or CSQ or PNP.
However,
Meena, You may wish to go ahead and put in your application. If you can afford the time, then go ahead. You haven't got anything to loose anyway other than the time. Your money will be refunded, if your case is rejected at the initial stage.
you claim NOC code based on the nature of your main job responsibilities. if your main job responsibilities you believe are like the ones mentioned under 0213, then you would mention 0213.
0213 shows multiple duties and my duties are among few of them.
But in case I am showing compeltely diffferent NOC which Testing profile should have then I would not be considered under this fast track. Is that right????
that is correct. there is no use applying if this is different than 0213, under the current rules for FSW1. even for 0213, you should at least be performing a substantial amount of managerial duties listed under 0213. i am not an expert as i am myself an applicant. but this is what my understanding is. the rest all depends upon the initial review at CIU, Sydney as they are the ones who are going to assess. good luck.
So I would be showing my current NOC as 0213 and other NOCs according to my previous work.
Also please tell me one thing for duties we have very small spaces in the Forms, should I attach additional sheets for the same or that needs to be on Form only.
