NOC 2171 - Application status and CAP update

Zara, Aug applicants are getting PER and september applicants are getting charged, next update will give you a clear picture. Don't worry I strongly feel you will make it in the CAP, lets see how it fares end of the day.

They update based on the completeness check, but they hardly charge any CC once cap is 1000 (For example if your CC is not charged till today 26 Nov and cap is reached 1000 on 26 Nov then only 5 to 10% chances remains to make to the cap). This is the trend so far for 2171, 2173, 2174 and 1112, as per SS only 10 files charged after cap is over but no info weather CC or DD.

I sent my 2171 application from Israel on October, unfortunately before reading this post (received at Sydney on November 12th).
So I understand my chances are 0.
Are they going to mail me my application back so I'll be able to use all the original and notary-signed documents for the 2015 application?
If they are, how long is it going to take until I get it back?

I am not expert, but you cannot say anything, in 2171 in one week they processed 443 file and filled the cap on 21 Nov, it was only 553 on 12 Nov. I feel they will update 2132 to 1000 by 28th Nov as they did three in last three weeks. Its only my guess.

They will mail you back your package. And it will take max 1 month as it is posted through regular post.

They received it on Aug 13th. No CC charge. No app returned (to an address within Canada). I haven't heard from CIC. Any suggestion or comment?

Last charge conformed date is on 29th Aug and there are some posts in forum mentioning early Sep date but not sure on the information.

Sorry there will be least chances for picking up of Noc 2171 applicants CAP update.
