I am new to this forum and I did apply from the UAE for 0113 and I was charged on the 28th FEB on my CC for an amount of 1400 CAD......Whoever says 0113 is capped is kidding, this is a very cold NOC and I reckon each one of you will be in ... Don't loose hope.

Dear All, Is there anyone with the NOC code 0113 who is waiting for the second line in ECAS?? See my timeline on the left. I want to be sure whether the second line in ECAS means the application status which shows now "in process". Please advise !

Hi Anush. Seen your Timeline.. Mine is similar to yours, 2nd line in ECAS means- We started processing your application on XXXX date. When you click on "in process" you will another page opens and you can see 1st line as we received your appplication on XXXX date which follows with 2nd line. I think you are yet to receive 2nd line as me.

Mine is a DD. And there is little chance to know the reality of encashing of DD. But I have received an email from CIC that my application is "In Process" and they will contact me in due course of time.

I called CIC right now. The lady was saying my file is "In Process" but the decision has not been made yet. My file was delivered on 29 Dec. Same day my friend's 0112 application reached. He got to know today his file is returned on 26 Feb due to cap reached.
Now surprising thing is that the difference between his UCI number and mine is of nearly 7000. I am confused that it is because the system generate random file numbers or it is based on applications as they are received.

our form was received at cic on 17 dec..till date our dd has not been encashed..today we called cic to check the status and he replied that our form has been returned on jan 27..Dont know the reason why it has been returned..greatly disappointed..

its so sad .so sorry .I have the same situation.my Pp recvd on 23 Dec.but the strange thing is that they say my file is received a d there is no more information .not charged .not mentioned in the system if its returned.
