NOA for internship year?

The Document Checklist states "copies of your T4 tax information slips and your Notice of Assessment (NOA) issue by Canada Revenue Agency for the period of work experience you identify in your application". Usage of the word "identify" is what is confusing me.

I will be claiming my work experience after graduation for the one year of work experience in CEC. But I had worked full time for 16 months for my co-op experience. Of course, I will not be using my co-op experience for the 1 year experience but I will be identifying it in my background history for the past 10 years. Would I need to submit my T4 and NOA for my internship year as well?

I'm sure I am overthinking this but just thought of clarifying. I appreciate any advice from you and thanks for reading my post!

As you are applying for CEC - then you will need to present supporting documentation of your qualifying work experience.
"Identify" here means - the qualifying experience.
