The overall outlook looks good, better than I expected, I think in few weeks lock-downs will be eased and in 2 or 3 months we will be back to normal. Tests might return earlier since there is already enough space between people, oath ceremonies are tighter though, they may reduce numbers for a while. All in all again its nothing official, just my personal speculations.
I think the backlog for oath ceremony can be handled later easily. First, smaller ceremonies will be gradually restarted and then we can have larger ceremonies to remove backlogs ( obviously when it is no longer a public health risk)
My lawyer just told me that, "As of May 1, 2020, IRCC has not resumed their cancellation for citizenship ceremonies, tests, interviews etc... You will be notified for new appointment once the local office resume to normal operation."

This will depend on how and when provinces allow local offices to gather people again. IRCC cannot control this themselves but hopefully they are allowed to operate again they will be at highest capacity.
Is it true? Also did they schedule in next 2 days. ? Can u pls let me know what all documents are required for oath ceremony. I dont have my original passport as i submitted for renewal.
Nice! do you have urgent processing or did you request it specifically? I wonder if they are doing virtual ceremonies for special cases only or you are just a usual applicant
