We may start to see new PTs being issued from next week. A friend told me that due to the National holiday on 1st July (wednesday), many employees combine their remaining leaves to make it a long weekend, and spend time with family as kids are having summer vacations.
Another reasons for not issuing PTs towards the last part of june could be that they had already met their monthly targets.
Lets wait and hope to see if the activity starts from Monday.
Yes, they may be computer-generated, but the computers get instructions/criteria from the OOPNP officials only. Otherwise, the PT notifications would not be random, and everyone who meets the criteria of 400 points would get an invite.
However, I do agree with you that PTs might be staggered to control the number of application they have to process. If they were to hand out all 2700 PT notifications in 1 month, they would have had trouble keeping the "90 days for nomination" promise, I believe.
Nothing missing. Basic eligibility criteria for PNP is to meet the program requirements of one of the EE programs (FSW/CEC/FST). Since you've met the requirements for both FSW and CEC, you are eligible for PNP contingent on other specific criteria that those provinces might impose in their program.
PNP will turn to Met only when you receive and accept a provincial nomination.
