as long as you meet the residency requirements (i.e. have not stayed outside canada for more then 3 years since since you became PR) then you should be fine
I landed on April 26, today is July 11 more than the promised 63 days passed and no PR card yet. Called CIC and they told me because I am waiting more than the announced processing time on their website they will make sure they'll mail it to me. The next time I called to double check - they told my card was shipped on June 26. They told it might take 2-4 week to arrive it in mail) Will post on how long it exactly takes as soon as I get it.
So good idea is to keep call them if you haven't received your PR card after allotted processing times.
I received my PR card on 31 July 2013, 70 days after 22 May 2013 landing. Do check online that CIC has correct mailing address on file; the system had my old U.S. address as my mailing address even though we gave our current Canadian address to CBSA when I landed. The envelope for the PR card is printed "DO NOT FORWARD" so having the correct address on file is essential! Card is mailed from Nova Scotia. Cheers!

but steaky CIC won't tell that it has been delivered to wrong address rather they will verify the address that you have provided and tell that on such and such date they handed it over to Canada Post. One can only know if the card has been delivered to wrong address if he calls CIC and comes to know that CIC has received the cards back. Correct me if I go wrong !
