I received the emails from IRCC letting me know that I am eligible for the 18 months extension of my PGWP. However, I don't have the "opt-in" option since my previous application does not appear in my account. I tried to link the application multiple times with different combination (UCI, application number, passport, name, birth place, etc.), I even called customer service to do it step by step with the agent and nothing worked.
I'm wondering if someone had similar issues and figured out a solution. Thanks!
PS: I applied for a student permit while my PGWP is valid (I decided to do a masters while having a PGWP after my bachelor). Not sure if it has something to do with my issue. My PGWP expires in July this year.
