The ones who haven't got NOI despite meeting the CRS cut off and being above 400, let's connect here and try to help each other with whatever info / knowledge we have!

What NOC code are you?
 
having a score of 400 and above makes you eligible but there is no guarantee. ontario will chose the profiles they are interested in. if you havent heard from them probably your profile does not meet their needs. nobody knows that their needs are
 
Ohh, that's so saddening :( if we don't know what their needs are, then we can't even do anything about it :(
