no information on ecas

We keep looking on ecas for status about our application, but it just sending us to processing times page? We called Citizen and Immigration office in Canada and automatic mashine said exact dates when our application was received in Missessauga and when sent to Vienna for furter processing. My husband had interview a 5 weeks ago, but information over the phone is still the same.
How we can get informtion from ecas and why information is not there? After the interview IO said to my husband that I will have to pay Landing fee for him. Anybody can tell me what does it mean?

You shoud pay 550$ for permanent residence. They don`t update ecas very ofthen , that`s why don`t worry. I wish you luck and fast procesing. We are in the same embassy,Viena start to process my documents 18 of february

My wife just called CIC centers in Canada and there is no information that was yesterday about our case. Instrucrts us on the representative. but the representative was not available.

Is that meaning something, Is that mean that change is occuring about our casel.

look after ur husband was interviewed it obvious that the IO was satisfied with his answers thats why he\she asked ur husband to let u pay ur PR fees, you should have paid it to avoid furthur delay, what u do now is pay the fees and get the recipt, iam not sure how u should inform the embassy that u paid the fees but its better to call CIC and ask them.
