I sent my application for CEC on august 12, by far i havent received anything yet, i checked my online bank, they havent deducted the fee $550 yet, i heard it takes about 3 months to get file number, am.i right

Well, this is actutally my re-apply cec since my first time got rejected, i dont know if this is the reason why it takes longer than 60-62 days, its been 90 days now
